It is Friday (well almost) and therefore time for the weekend theme.
During the week I came across this picture and was intrigued by it. So I mailed and asked the photographer, Wini Esterhuizen if I could use it for the theme. She graciously gave me permission, so here it is. No words for the theme, just the picture to start us all off.
As usual, create your post using the theme as your inspiration. then come here and leave a message with a link so that others can follow and read the contributions.
The rule – as always it’s simple, have fun with it!
gorgeous photo, Sidey. great theme… I feel a poem coming on 🙂
I thought it would inspire a lot of interesting posts!
Hmmm… let me see… 😉
Look and see…..
Fascinating photo indeed!
I do hope it gives us fascinating posts
Like Ruth, I immediately thought that a poem would work.
Is it Robben Island? It reminds me of a place in ‘Safe House’, at the end of the film.
I think it would be in the Namibian desert.
Not quite sure how this works and off for the weekend….but hopes to be back
Follow the links as they are posted to see the variety that is created, then when you are ready, create your own
Wonderful prompt, Sidey!

A lovely one Nancy. Thank you
This is a fantastic prompt! The picture reminds me of a thousand buildings here, used once and abandoned. Off to ruminate. Thanks!
Goodie, Kate runimating bodes well for an interesting post
Here it is, Sidey: http://wp.me/pX1we-2LS
Wonderful. Funny how some people seem to have experienced loony bins, while others have escaped them.
Intyeresting how differently we see this
Here’s where my pondering took me for this week’s theme, Sideview… http://wp.me/pVkLb-1Ao
How interesting that was.
I am fascinated by the idea of a tidy and organised memory.
Thanks! I took the opportunity for a commercial! 🙂
And why not, some passages need exposure
